When a customer uses Enphase products, Enphase monitoring platforms, Enphase applications, Enphase support, or other Enphase services, Enphase may collect and process information according to Enphase’s own privacy policy, terms, account settings, and platform practices.

ParagonSun may access, receive, use, or share relevant customer, site, project, equipment, monitoring, service, warranty, and energy information with Enphase or other applicable providers when reasonably necessary to install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, service, support, or fulfill warranty, utility, rebate, permit, interconnection, or contractual obligations.
